About ISCCH

Building a House of Allah in Hyde Park

Our Beginning

The Islamic Society and Cultural Center of Hyde Park (ISCCH) was founded in February 2022 by a group of dedicated Muslims seeking to establish a permanent place of worship in the Hyde Park community. What began as a small gathering for Friday prayers has grown into a vibrant community of believers united in faith and purpose.

In 2024, after years of prayers and fundraising, we acquired our permanent home at 26 Oak Street in Hyde Park. This beautiful Victorian building will be transformed into a mosque that serves not only the Muslim community but also acts as a bridge to our neighbors of all faiths.

Our Mission

To serve the Muslim community of Hyde Park and surrounding areas by providing a place for prayer, Islamic education, and community gathering, while fostering positive relationships with our neighbors and contributing to the well-being of the greater community.

Our Vision

To be a beacon of Islamic faith, education, and community service in the Greater Boston area, fostering unity among Muslims and building bridges of understanding with people of all backgrounds.
